Job Description:
The Transplant Program Manager provides management and oversight to the Organ Transplant Program. This role works in partnership with other leadership to ensure the provision of optimal care and service, attainment of financial goals, and development and implementation of a strategic plan for specific transplant services.Position Details:
This position will work Monday-Friday at Intermountain Medical Center during regular business hours. Some remote work will be available depending on clinic needs.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business field. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
- Three years of healthcare management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a healthcare or business field.
- Transplant service experience.
- Strong in operations, people management and clinic schedule optimization.
